The carbon capture and storage (CCS) facility at Boundary Dam Power Station remained offline during September 2021 as SaskPower continued repair efforts on the compressor motor. Boundary Dam Unit 3 has remained online throughout the CCS outage, averaging 125.76 MW of electricity production during the month of September. 

As of October 10, SaskPower has returned the facility to service and will resume reporting carbon capture data in the October blog.
