2023 Cost of Service Methodology Review

A Cost of Service (COS) Methodology Review makes sure all our customer rates are fair. We want our services to match the rates we charge.

We hold a review of our COS Methodology about every 5 years. An independent consultant leads this process. They check to make sure our rates are fair and follow industry standards.

Elenchus Research Associates led the 2022-23 review. The Saskatchewan Rate Review Panel (SRRP) monitored and participated in the proceedings.
