Legal counsel positions:

  • A law degree and standing as a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan
  • 7 to 10 years as a practising lawyer either in a private or corporate practice
  • A background in commercial litigation, collections, land law and/or corporate-commercial transactions an asset

Paralegal positions:

  • 5 years of related experience with a law firm or corporate law department
  • Formal paralegal education or law classes an asset
  • General understanding of contracts and contract law principles
  • General knowledge of corporate law as it relates to Saskatchewan business corporations
