Our Employee Resource Groups
We have 6 Employee Resource Groups. They complement the organization’s objectives in creating a culture of growth and inclusion. The groups strive to make meaningful impacts by providing supportive environments.
Indigenous Employees Network (IEN)
The IEN provides a collective voice and a safe and respectful environment for Indigenous employees. This network opens doors for support and guidance and promotes opportunities for Indigenous peoples within the company. It also plays a key role in building a progressive community.
Pride
The Pride employee resource group raises awareness of the lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, transgender, queer, two-spirited (LGBTQ2S+) community within the company and provides support for the LGBTQ2S+ employees and their families. It also fosters a safe space for individuals to be their authentic and true selves at work.
Network for Employees with Disabilities (NED)
The NED advises on ways to improve the recruitment and retention of persons with disabilities, improves experiences for employees with accessibility issues and promotes career development opportunities.
Cultural Diversity Group (CDG)
The CDG provides a voice and support for culturally diverse employees. It also promotes a workplace of respect and equality where discrimination and harassment are not tolerated.
Women’s Resource Group (WRG)
The WRG encourages the equitable participation of women in under-represented occupations and leadership roles. It also helps assist women in achieving their full career potential.
PowerGen
The PowerGen aims to shape the next generation of leaders. It creates opportunities by connecting employees and promoting personal and professional development.
